1. Does Herbila ship to my country?
We ship to almost every country, except the following due to shipping restrictions:
• Bahamas, Yemen, Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Syria
We apologize for any inconvenience and are actively working to expand our reach.
2. How much does shipping cost?
We provide free shipping to all countries available. You will receive a tracking code in your email when your order has been shipped out from one of our warehouses worldwide, depending on your location. You can track your order via our Order Tracker. During peak times fulfilling orders can take a couple days.

3. Address Changes
If your shipping address or contact information needs updating, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order is processed, we cannot redirect it to another address.

5. Why hasn’t my shipping information updated?
For products handmade in Tibet or Nepal, tracking may take 3-5 days to update. When packages are in transit from Tibet or Nepal to the international shipping center, tracking information might not appear until the package reaches the international hub. Please allow 3-5 days for updates.
6. What if my package doesn’t arrive?
If your package hasn’t arrived within 60 days of shipment, please contact us at [email protected], and we will either resend the item or issue a full refund.
